All orders placed before 5PM eastern time are shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping policy
Free shipping on orders totaling 50 USD. Total is after discounts and before taxes.
Orders ship from our factory outside of Dayton OH.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
International
We will ship internationally. Items will be declared as what they actually are. It is your responsibility to know the laws in your jurisdictions. International sales are final.
Delays
Shipments may be delayed by a few days for unexpected reasons. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We do not guarantee package delivery times, and we do not offer refunds for a missed delivery expectation.
Damage
Utah Vic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Utah Vic is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
